We offer a secure one-time payment at checkout using a credit or debit card for both international and local customers. Jamaican customers can also complete payments via direct NCB bank transfer.
Shipping/Delivery:
Most products have a 1-3 week processing time.
Interantional orders are shipped in 2-3 business days via DHL.
Local orders are delivered Islandwide in 1 day via Knutsford Express.
Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.
Facts About USA Tariffs
As of August 29th, 2025 the US eliminated the $800 de minimis exemption. What this means is that all shipments entering the US, despite the value, are subject import duties/fees.
However, your checkout total covers everything! There are NO surprise fees or additional charges.
