Processing Time

Our products are handmade in Jamaica and have a 1–3-week processing time unless otherwise specified.

International orders are shipped in 2-4 business days via DHL Express.

Local orders are delivered Islandwide via Knutsford express.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to announce that we now offer free worldwide shipping on all orders based on your country or region.

Shipping Surcharges

While shipping is free to most destinations, certain countries or regions with significantly higher shipping costs may incur an additional shipping surcharge. If applicable, the surcharge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Your order payment covers your products and any applicable shipping charges shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities are not included unless otherwise stated.

If these charges apply, they are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or your local customs office before or upon delivery. Customs fees vary by country, so we encourage customers to familiarize themselves with their local import regulations before placing an order.

Items are usually dispatched in a timely manner, however once the order leaves our hands, we do not assume responsibility for loss/damage etc.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom made to order and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. Digital products are also non-refundable.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
